The Clinic
Directions
The clinic is located on the west side of Bend between Bond and Wall on Arizona (in the new brick buildings across Bond street form Strictly organic other wise known as the "Mill Quarter"). In order to reach the entrance to the clinic, one must take the set of stairs, closest to Bond on Arizona. These steps will take you down into the parking lot that is located in the center of the Brownstone complex. You will then see a door to your left. Enter and take the elevator or the stairs to the second floor where we are located.

Insurance Coverage
In the state of Oregon, many health plans now cover Acupuncture and Naturopathic care.
Insurance companies that we often bill for due to good alternative coverage include, but are not limited to:
HMA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Clear Choice, Great West, ODS, Pacific Source, EBMS, Providence, First Choice, UMR, Workman's Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident insurance.
Note: St Charles employees, county employees, and teachers that are covered by the Oregon school system often have exceptional alternative coverage.
If we are unable to bill your your insurance due to your policy, we will provide you with all the necessary information (conveniently located on one form) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
To find out what your coverage is, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask if your specific policy covers Acupuncture and Naturopathic care. If you would like, feel free to call our office, and our staff will check on your benefit package (541-312-9838).
Payment Policy
If you do not have alternative care benefits, we always offer a time of service discount that will be due in full at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy
Out of courtesy for our wait list patients, if you are unable to make your appointment, please call the office to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to provide care to our patients that need services as soon as possible. If you fail to comply you will be responsible for your office visit payment in full. Thank you for your assistance.
