About Dr. Weintrob Dr. Wendy Weintrob has been studying alternative medicine, health and healthy lifestyles for over a decade. After receiving her Bachelors of Science in exercise Sport Science, she went on to work as a cardiac rehabilitation therapist in one of the leading Cardiac Centers in California. Dr. Weintrob continued her education with a six-year graduate program at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon, where she received her Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) as well as her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM). Dr. Weintrob is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor and a Licensed Acupuncturist. She is also nationally certified in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. As a physician, she integrates Western, Chinese and Naturopathic Medicine in order to offer her patients exceptional comprehensive care. A personal approach: Dr. Weintrob believes strongly in treating you, not just your symptoms. She specializes in treating the root cause of illness by incorporating effective natural therapies including clinical nutrition, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, western and Chinese herbs, acupuncture, and lifestyle counseling. As a patient, you can expect each appointment to be individualized, and carried out with warmth and compassion. In addition, Dr. Weintrob puts your education at the center of her practice.
